What you’ll do
- Lead and grow a remote team of copywriters and editors across multiple countries and languages
- Ensure top-tier content quality through expert editing and clear editorial standards
- Create SEO-driven content briefs that boost rankings and fuel organic growth
- Launch and optimize AI-powered processes for briefing, QA, and reporting in collaboration with tech & marketing teams
- Work closely with SEO, AI, and marketing leads to shape efficient, impactful content operations
Requirements
- Experience in hiring, managing, and developing content teams
- Understanding of SEO principles, content structure, and performance metrics
- Familiarity with AI tools and automation frameworks used in marketing (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Notion AI)
- Upper-Intermediate English level or higher
