Our client – the company NRG which specializes in Training and Development (training and consulting services for corporate clients). NRG working with the top companies, their clients are included in the Forbes-200 rating.
Due to the expansion of company activities, we are inviting a Marketing Manager to join NRG team.
Responsibilities:
- Update the ICPs and Personas and set up the lead qualification process
- Optimize the marketing funnel to improve lead conversions
- Redesign the content strategy to ensure lead conversion and nurturing
- Run marketing campaigns, including but not limited to email newsletters via Sendpulse, LinkedIn ads, and organic LinkedIn content distribution
- Set up the content preparation and repurposing flow to cover the multichannel coverage on our blog, Linkedin, and other social media
- Run the experiments and identify growth opportunities weekly
Requirements
- Experience working in B2B marketing, growth, or product roles
- Experience working with content and its distribution via blogs, email newsletters, and social media including LinkedIn
- Experience working with lead qualification systems and tracking funnel conversions
- Experience with designing ICPs and Personas
- Proven experience running experiments with weekly outcomes
- Desire to set up tooling and frameworks from scratch
- Hands-on approach and outcome-oriented mindset
- English proficiency at B1 level or higher
