The company continue to expand their reach and impact, we’re looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to join NRG vibrant team.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients in corporate sector to promote training solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to key stakeholders
- Contract negotiation: negotiate terms and conditions of contracts
- Sales reporting: prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
Requirements
- Experience in sales 2years
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- English proficiency at B1 level or higher
Will be plus experience in the L&D niche
